[ltp] Leds on lid

The power LED on the lid and bottom of the screen are green when power =
is
connected.   Stays on.
The battery LED on the lid and bottom of the screen vary in color and
whether steady or blinking by percentage of charge.  Solid green for fu=
lly
charged.  Constantly illuminated when power is connected.
