Corei5-2 with Intel integrated graphics ought to offer lower power 
consumption and price.  I'm still waiting for such a company-furnished 
upgrade replacement for my T61.  Corei7-2 presumably offers more 
performance; as there is no Intel integrated graphics, the fancier 
Nvidia is typical.
