[ltp] battery balancing on T430s?

Hi,

I have a T430s with an ultrabay battery, which is discharged before the
main one.  I was hoping I could balance the discharge between batteries
--- I found http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Talk:Code/tp-bat-balance but
it needs tp_smapi which is not supported on this machine (AFAIK).

Is there a way to balance battery discharging on this model?  I would
also be happy if I could manually select which battery is discharged.
