[ltp] spotty wireless with t520 w/Intel wifi and xubuntu 13.04

     Just a followup for reference:

     So now it's been a few weeks, and wifi has generally been
well-behaved.  I still occasionally get the problem where I have to
disenable and then reenable wifi to get my router to show up, but very
rarely, like once every few days.  

     I'd still like to "fix it right", but frankly I have other things
to do...  and lately I've started having a problem where my thinkpad
doesn't come out of suspend properly (no video, blank screen) and I
end up having to reboot.
