I suspect they are normal. I'm contemplating a patch to downgrade these
messages to a much lower level.

This machine is rather new (for me). I started using it with (custom)
v3.11.y on (stock) Fedora 18. Now I'm on (custom) v3.13.y and (stock)
Fedora 20.
