[ltp] Two external screens with native display

I dont know if this is the same situation that you has, and if this help
you, but, I has an W520, with ubuntu 12.04 and has 3 screen (2 external
monitors and the laptop display) working without any dock.

My w520 has an intel hd and a nvidia quadro cards.

To make it work I use as reference this post:
