Still, the fan is continuously spinning.

I can confirm what has been said already: proprietary drivers need to be
installed to get wifi working. The brightness keys aren't working properly
in Linux: Xfce's notification show that brightness is reduced or increased
but nothing really happens (tested in Archlinux, Manjaro, Linux Mint). And
again, the fan is continuously spinning (and it is quite noticeable! It's
definitely not a silent system).
