[ltp] R51 - OpenGl slow or fast depending on user

Hi,

the glxgears manual states .. that its not an benchmark. in newer
version the output is synchronized to the monitor refresh rate.. and the
monitor refresh rate is subject to power management (at least on intel
chips) so it can vary depending on input devices.

to disable the sync.. a quick search:

approximately the same as the monitor refresh rate.
300 frames in 5.0 seconds = 59.973 FPS

ATTENTION: default value of option vblank_mode overridden by environment.
3767 frames in 5.0 seconds = 753.229 FPS
