[ltp] T400 integrated microphone doesn't work

Hello:

I have a Thinkpad T400 running Debian (kernel 3.14) and the integrated
microphone doesn't work. The sound card is

card 0: Intel [HDA Intel], device 0: CX20561 Analog [CX20561 Analog]

The audio works well, but is the microphone the problem. Searching in
google, apparently this is a common problem, but I haven't found
solution.

Has anyone in the list solved the problem?

PS: i'm using the ALSA sound system, but using pulseaudio the mic also
doesn't work
