I had a similar problem with W10 & openSUSE.  I wound up reinstalling
Linux and then restoring the /partition.  The /home partition was not
affected when installing W10.  I also found that when shutting down W10,
it wouldn't shut down, but simply remain ready to go with W10, but
restart worked ok.  The solution was to disable the W10 fast boot.
