[ltp] X1E with encrypted root - long time to start

Hi,

In between I have received the X1 Extreme, and a new Tumbleweed (TW)
installation with a 940GB encrypted root partition (including /boot, excluding
/boot/efi).
When starting the machine, grub asks in text mode for the passphrase.
After entering the passphrase, it takes about 20s until the graphical boot
screen appears.

I feel this is much too long....

Found some people have the same issue:
<https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/369414/grub-takes-too-long-to-unlock-the-encrypted-boot-partition>
https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1654727
but both postings do not provide a solution for this issue.

Has one of you experienced a similar issue?
I have never had a similar lag when just /home is encrypted....

Cheers
Axel
