It's good you've searched the web for answers, but you don't provide much info for us to judge if we can recognize the issue. Please describe precisely what behavior you see, giving as much detail as you can about the difference between when "it works" and when "it doesn't work". Also, it can be useful to know if it has ever worked reliably in the past, and if so what may have changed since. FWIW, on my desktop resume (tends to) fail with current Debian stable's kernel, but worked fine with "all" past kernels (https://bugs.debian.org/1139942 ). === Stefan
