I have a 770X running RH6.0 with an Adaptec 1480A Cardbus SCSI controller. On the SCSI chain are a Zip, Jaz 2GB, Jaz 1GB, and a 8gb HDD. From time to time when copying large files to/from one of these drives, I get "Command Aborts due to timeout errors". The files always appear to copy correctly but the additional time due to processing the timeouts and resending the commands is really annnoying.
I have checked termination, ID's, etc., and everything is fine there plus this setup runs perfectly with W95/98. Also the card in my second slot is a 3COM 3CCFE575BT-TX Cardbus 10/100 LAN Adapter which works fine.
Has anyone seen this problem???
Thanks for any help.
