[ltp] TP600e CDROM with VMWare

OK, this isn't purely a linux-thinkpad question, but
I suspect you folks are the ones most likely to know
the answer. 

Anybody get their CDROM drive working using NT4
(rawdisk) as the guest OS under VMWare for Linux on 
the TP600e? The guest OS on mine doesn't recognise
/dev/cdrom. I have no trouble with the drive under
linux or dual-boot NT.
