In your /etc/lilo.conf add to your linux specific options:

 append="mem=127M"

Example:

image = /boot/vmlinuz-2.2.13-7mdk
  label = linux
  root = /dev/hda5
  append="mem=127M"

Run as root: /sbin/lilo -v
Reboot.
