[ltp] TP 770ED, RH 6.1, DPMS

Dear Jamie,

I own a 770Z and run RedHat 6.0 with 2.2.10 kernel.
The X11 DPMS features work fine for me.
For instance "xset dpms force off" indeed directly blanks my LCD screen.
However, "xset q" doesn't notice me putting the machine in suspend mode
using the Fn F3 key.
