[ltp] ERROR: ibmtr_cs: MapMemPage bad offset

I upgraded my Caldera Open Linux to version 2.3 (Kernal 2.2.10) and now I
get the following error during boot up:

"ibmtr_cs: MapMemPage bad offset"

My token ring card does load, however, I am not able to connect to the
network with it.  My IFCONFIG shows the interface (tr0) installed, and I am
able to issue the

ifconfig tr0 up

command with success.  However, the connectivity does not occur.

Is anyone familiar with this?
