[ltp] Corel Linux and Thinkpads

Is anyone using Corel Linux on a ThinkPad? 

I understand that Corel Linux is based on Debian Linux.  Does it need
the 'tecra' set of installation floppies?

I have hear that the installation process requires that the hard drive
be formatted and that only Corel Linux can be present - no dual
booting.  Is that correct?
