Kernel crash when resuming (kernel 2.2.10)

Has anyone had any problem resuming from a suspend? I've had this
problem with at least kernels 2.2.{5,7,10} and possibly 2.1.x's as well.
I didn't write down what the exact message is, but it had to do with
referencing a null pointer in the kernel at 0x00000010.

Any clues?
