No, you have to download it separately and I don't recall where
I downloaded it from. A TODO is to integrate the nasm code
into smapi-core.c as gcc inline assembly code. Problem is I
don't understand the gcc syntax and haven't yet found adequate
documentation.
All this is why I include binaries in the tarball.
