[ltp] new pcmcia lossage with rh 6.1

Ok, I tried that.  No change, I still need to restart pcmcia before my
ethernet card will work again after a suspend.

(I didn't reboot this time, but I did unload/reload the relevant kernel
modules after I reinstalled them.)
