[ltp] 128mb for 770

I'm back in game to purchase memory for
my thinkpad 770Z 
I want to upgrade from 128mb to 256mb
looking for 128mb memory -- I starting to see
some price reduction on it!

any body done recent research on this?
If so, what have you found?

I am planning to run vmware on rh 6.0
I believe 256 mb will make a significant difference
