[ltp] TP 380ED - Suse 6.3 - apm

Hello, 

I just installed Suse 6.3 over the weekend and have some problems with 
apm and hibernation (I saw the same problems with Suse 6.2):

1) I can only hibernate if the TP is on battery power. It doesn't work
   if it's AC-powered.

2) If I return from hibernation I can't hibernate again. I checked
   /proc/apm and it doesn't reflect any changes. It always reports AC
   offline, even after I reconnected the AC power.


I used following settings for the kernel:
CONFIG_APM=y
# CONFIG_APM_IGNORE_USER_SUSPEND is not set
CONFIG_APM_DO_ENABLE=y
CONFIG_APM_CPU_IDLE=y
CONFIG_APM_DISPLAY_BLANK=y

# CONFIG_APM_IGNORE_SUSPEND_BOUNCE is not set
# CONFIG_APM_RTC_IS_GMT is not set
CONFIG_APM_ALLOW_INTS=y
