You have to put "hda=1826,240,63" on the boot command line, e.g.
LILO: linux hda=1826,240,63
This makes the disk driver see the whole disk. After you've installed,
you can modify /etc/lilo.conf to do this automatically.
You should also avoid creating a partition that starts above 8GB
(cylinder 1024), because Redhat's disk layout manager, Disk Druid, is
known to have problems with that. After your initial installation, you
can add partitions up there.
