[ltp] ethernet after suspend/resume?

Try running "cardctl eject" before suspending, and "cardctl insert"
after resuming.  Does that fix the problem?

If those commands fix your problem, then you should add those
commands to /etc/apmd/apmd_proxy to automate the process.
