[ltp] IR on TP (600 specifically)

Yep, it says:

ttyS00 at 0x03f8 (irq = 4) is a 16550A
ttyS01 at 0x02f8 (irq = 3) is a 16550A

/dev/ttyS0, UART: 16550A, Port: 0x03f8 IRQ:4 is a 16550A
/dev/ttyS1, UART: 16550A, Port: 0x02f8 IRQ:3 is a 16550A

Since I had no luck yesterday I thought that I maybe had a too old
kernel
(2.2.5-15) so I installed kernel 2.2.12. Now instead I get 

bash$ irattach /dev/ttyS1

[/var/log/messages]
...localhost irattach: irattach: tty: set_disc(11): Bad file descriptor

(the two irattach is not a typo)
