[ltp] apmd and suspend/standby

I just realiced, that using the apm -S or apm -s in conjunction with a
running apmd deamon works fine to put my TP into Standby/Suspend mode, and
this also a running PCMCIA ethernet card and the AC power supply are
connected to computer.

Relevant systeminformation:

TP 770 + linux 2.2.10 + apmd 3.0beta9 + pcmcia 3.0.14
