[ltp] hdparm / TP570E

All,

	I'm currently using these hdparm settings (sporadically) that I've
rounded up from various locations.  

hdparm -c 1 -d 1 -m 16 -X 66 /dev/hda

for my TP570E laptop.  Are these reasonable?  Does anyone know if it will
actually give you any performance increases?  I tried messing around with
Bonnie (the disk performance benchmark tool) and didn't really see any 
major improvements...
