[ltp] T21 S3 Savage IX8+

I haven't encountered that problem. Sounds like a X configuration (files in the
correct directories, etc) rather than the actual drivers. I moved savage_drv.o
into /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/drivers/  The other two libraries that Tim provides go
into /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/
