[ltp] win4lin, anyone

Hi-
I'm using it on 2.2.16 and am pretty happy with it.  The performance is
quite good.  However, I know that there are some issues with 2.2.18 and
there have been several threads about it on the win4lin mailing lists.  You
should check the archives of the mailing lists at www.netraverse.com.  There
have been some reports of success with 2.2.18 I think.
