Attached is a patch which should fix SMP mode on the lanstreamer driver.  It 
works for me anyways.  However, stress testing it against my i1460 laptop 
with an auto 16/4 card caused the laptop to lock up (the hdd was being 
accessed when it locked up as the led stayed on).  ibmtr.c has some bugs 
still.......

Can you get this applied for 2.2.19 or should I send it to linux-kernel?  In 
January I can work on ibmtr.c SMP issues if it's still not fixed.  As for the 
laptop just locking up, I have no idea.  I haven't looked for an oops yet 
because I'm rather busy studying for an exam at 9am. :)
