[ltp] ACP Modem drivers are available for DOWNLOAD

Dear Rob,

cat /proc/mwave gives:

DSP_IRQ  11
DSP_DMA  7
DSP_IO   0x0130
UART_IRQ 3
UART_IO  0x02f8

I checked Thomas Hood's web page and see that I did much of what he did,
except for the different IRQ, I use 11, the mwave modem usually is on 10.
The funny thing is that IRQ 3 doesn't seem to be used when I do
"cat /proc/interrupts".
