[ltp] SVGATextMode command

I know it is a bit dated, but does anyone have experience with this on a
760EL ThinkPad with DSTN? I never had any X-Windows success on that, and I
use it in 80x25 mode. I was anxious to get longer text lines with a smaller
font, but I have been completely unsuccessful. The only success I had was
making a block cursor; I'm pleased about that. The machine has a TGUI 9320
Trident Microsystems VGA compatible controller.
