[ltp] Free ISP?

Hi,

Any body have any good experience with free internet service provider
for just regular modem dial up(56k)? Most of what I know/use should
have something installed/advertised on Windows(e.g. NetZero).

If not, any cheap one for linux? I like to browse just from my linux
platform rather than switch to Windowz whenever I want to.
