[ltp] TkPad600E BIOS INET26WW (99/11/19) incompatible with Linux

I did make the mistake of going to INET26WW, and had the same problem Kelvin
describes. The BIOS most certainly *is* downgradable, as I learned
personally; rolling back to INET25WW cleared up the problem.

IBM has since introduced a newer BIOS version called INET28WW. I would be
curious to hear if anyone has successfully used this new version with any
flavor of Linux.
