>From your installation CD (RH 6.0), go to the directory where all the RPMs
are. Then, as root, rpm -U kernelname.rpm, where kernelname.rpm is the name of
the binary kernel rpm. You might have to disable the dependency checking,
i.e., adding the --nodeps option.
Yes, this is a rather drastic method.
