[ltp] HD password w/ Toshiba HD?

Hi,

I'd like to install a 12 GB Toshiba disk (MK1214GAP) in my TP600E. Will the
HD password feature work with this non-IBM disk, or is the HD password
feature a IBM proprietary thing?
