Where did you install the boot manager? MBR or first bootable partition?

Subject: RE: [ltp] Dual boot on a Thinkpad 600
What happens? - Nothing
Do you get a LILO prompt? - No
Did you make a LINUX Boot Floppy? - Yes, and I can boot from the floppy.
What I wanted was to
be able to select the O/S from the Boot Magic Prompt.
Thanks,
Dick Schroeder

I need a little help with dual booting. I installed Partition Magic and
Boot
Magic on a Thinkpad 600e, and then installed RedHat 6.0. I thought that
I was doing it correctly, but when I select Linux to boot, it doesn't.
I must not have answered one ot the questions correctly, or?
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
