[ltp] network not joined

If it is working under NT, then I would say the cable is good. The problem
sounds like linux is not seeing the irq and io correctly for this PCMCIA
card. I had the same problem with a couple other types of cards and PnP.
Don't have any clue as to what the solution might be coming through the
PCMCIA driver though...
