[ltp] TP suspend/hibernation

The newer releases of redhat do this out of the box (don't know about
other dists.), but all you need to do is run
hwclock --hctosys
to set the system clock from the hardware clock when you come out of
suspend. Add a --utc if your bios time is stored in Greenwich Mean
Time.
