[ltp] Problems with IBM EtherJet cardbus

The card I got to work is a combo card. I didn't do anything
specific - just used tulip_cb driver with no options...
Again, it's Thinkpad-600E, SuSE-6.3, kernel 2.2.13,
pcmcia-cs-3.1.14.
