[ltp] Sound Chip on IBM 380D?

Does anyone know what Alsa Driver to use for a ThinkPad 380D (p150mhz)?

The cs4232 worked from OSS drivers, but those suck.  I recompiled kernel
OK, enabled sound (but didn't install any drivers), got PCMCIA going, and
then tried to modprobe snd-card-cs4236 and it did not work (many
unresolved symbols).  Am I using the wrong driver?
