[ltp] Using external CD drive on 570

Shigeo,

Finally I've found out that pcmcia-cs available in Debian distribution is
3.1.8-13, but latest one is 3.1.15. I've installed latest version and now
CD works fine as /dev/hdc, although Linux cannot initialise the drive
during boot - at every boot I have to re-insert the card, but it's not a
big deal.
