[ltp] another reproducible bug in lucent winmodem driver

The winmodem driver also locks up the machine solid if you do the following:

1 Load the winmodem driver
2 Use the winmodem
3 Disconnect
4 Unload the winmodem
5 Then try to use a modem on the serial port.
6 *lockup*

You can omit steps 3 and 4.  It will still lockup.
