[ltp] External Monitor Support

Hi All,

There has been alot of discussion on the list about internal and external
monitor's on the TP600E. Has anyone managed to have a resolution of 800x600 on
the external monitor and be able to switch to the LCD at 1024x768 and vice versa
???.

Any info on achieving this would be appreciated !!!.

Also any advice on getting the internal LCD to display at 800x600 be default
would also be appreciated.
