[ltp] Multi-platform Wireless LANs (esp for Linux/Macs)

I haven't tried wavelan2_cs, but I'll give it a go. Traditionally, I've
been able to set the essid from config.opts using a line similar to:

module "wavelan_cs" opts "network_name="some network name"

But that's obviously a driver-wide change and so when I move between the
home and office wireless LANs, I still need to use iwconfig to set the
other location's the name and encryption keys.

Has anyone got a better solution than this?
