[ltp] pcmcia start hangs up my i12

I faced same problem, too. And I heard tp1200 pcmcia doesn't work with
RH7.0. Because the kernel doesn't correspond to ATA66. So, if we hope
for workink pcmcia with RH7.0, we have to change kernel.(Update 4.??)

And my tp1200 works in RH7.09(beta version). This can recognize pcmcia
automatically. But so unstable!!
