[ltp] Successful upgrade to RedHat 7.1, but PCMCIA issue for me

I successfully upgraded my 770 to RedHat 7.1. But I had to go into
/etc/sysconfig/pcmcia, and set PCIC_OPTS=  (blank). I think the extra step
was necessary because I had been using pcmcia-cs from SourceForge,
previously. So now I am switched from David Hinds' i82365.o to Linus'
yenta_socket.o, and the options, or how they are specified, is different.
This is just an FYI.
