[ltp] Keyboard problem on 760EL TP

Please forgive this somewhat off-topic post.

I'm having trouble with the keyboard on my old 760EL. Some of the keys, the
most frequently used ones, such as the "e", "i", etc. have become difficult to
press. They still work if hit in the exact center, but stick badly otherwise.
Yes, I tried canned air, and even WD-40 (probably not a great idea), but no
change. I'm a bit hesitant about prying off keycaps or disassembling the
keyboard from the bottom because of fear of flying springs and clips.

Any suggestions?
