[ltp] Number of people using Linux on ThinkPads

Hi all

I just thought it might interest you to know that
there have been about one thousand downloads of 
tpctl 1.0 and about one thousand downloads of tpctl 2.0
from the tpctl project site at SourceForge.  tpctl is
also available as a debian package but it's impossible
to tell how many downloads of that there have been.

This suggests that there may now be a thousand or more
users of Linux on ThinkPads.

Are there any other ways of making estimates about this?
